nbtstat返回Host not found的解决方法
nbtstat参数说明：
-a (adapter status) Lists the remote machine's name table given its name
-A (Adapter status) Lists the remote machine's name table given its
IP address.
执行 nbtstat -a 192.168.0.1 正常可以列出机器名 mac地址等信息
不少人在执行后发现返回 Host not found. 乐博网经分析 并非microsoft所说的可能部分系统默认服务被禁止导致的，而是以下设置被修改过导致的：
本地连接-->属性-->Internet协议（TCP/IP--->属性--->高级--->
WINS--->NetBIOS设置 此处应该启用 ，若禁用则无法正常显示nbtstat -a的结果。
